Do you ship internationally?

Yes! At this time we proudly ship to Canada and the United States, and hope to expand overseas soon!

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely!

    •    Canada: Free shipping over $75 CAD

    •    USA: Free shipping over $100 USD

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. We are committed to cruelty-free practices and never test on animals.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email sevynfold@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order is being processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are thoughtfully crafted with nourishing ingredients aimed at supporting sensitive and reactive skin. As always, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Duties, Fees & Taxes

All orders are processed in CAD. For orders placed outside of Canada, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
